Analysis about Permaculture

Hi people, today i´m going to do an analysis about the permaculture in base on the video "7 food forest in 7 minutes". I think that the permaculture have a good manage of the resource soil, reaching a soil with high levels of organic matter but the process is so extensive and for this reason this agronomic practice have a high cost, the time of inversion to take this in a productive scale make this so difficult to apply. I think too in the climate request to had a productive forest. But we can give a chance to this practice. How?. Well, if we apply this while we do traditional agriculture, we could use a zone to prepare the soil and produce this forest at the same time we had a full productive farm.
But this in case of we need to produce fruits an herbs, if we need to produce cereals the permaculture is not the better option.
